Manchester City Council has six multi storey and eight surface level off street car parks. The current arrangements for the management and operation of these facilities will expire on 31 December 2020. The Council are seeking to gauge interest within the market for potential future arrangements via a soft market testing questionnaire which will allow interested organisations with appropriate experience and technical knowledge to share their views and ideas and provide information, with no commitment to themselves or the Council.
