Clare County Council invites tenders to this RFT from economic operators for the provision of integrated design team (IDT) services for the preparation of a spatial masterplan for a specific area (30 ha) in Shannon Town to focus and agree an economic and spatial pattern for Shannon Town. The IDT will comprise of the following principal specialist services. Principal services: — architect (project lead) and urban designer, — planning consultant. specialist services: — landscape architect, — engineering (infrastructure and geotechnical), — traffic mobility modeling consultant, — environmental consultant, — quantity surveyor, — PSDP.
