Tender description

The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department, Consultancy and Early Phase Department, requests tendes for a parallel framework agreement for planning services. At least 4 parallel framework agreements will be signed based on this contest if the contest gives a basis for this. The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for assistance with planning and development assignments. The assignments in the framework agreement will be connected to the Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department's (the government's) properties and projects nationwide. The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department owns more than 500 properties in Norway. The properties are mainly universities and university colleges, buildings for the justice sector, including courthouses, police stations and prisons, as well as arts centres, customs stations, road and traffic stations, and child welfare institutions.
