Tender description
A placement is required that can continue the psychological and social development that has been made possible by the time spent by the young person in hospital setting. We are looking for a placement that has a focus on the development of strengths and capabilities with psychological and emotional containment. Islington Council is looking to commission support that will be uniquely right for the young person so that the young person can: • Live a full, healthy and personally satisfying life. • Maintain their mental health and behaviour so that they are not re-admitted to in-patient mental health settings in the future. • Live as ordinary a life as possible, without harm to themselves or others. Islington Council are seeking to develop a partnership with a provider who will actively and positively work to achieve ‘successful resettlement’ Keywords: complex needs, accommodation
