Galway City Council (the Client) as the Contracting Authority and building owners is seeking quotations from an experienced conservation Architect Grade One to undertake structural assessments, recommendations, statutory submissions and a first phase of works procurement in 2019 and a later phase which will continue into 2023, for the following historic structures, registered national monuments and protected structure: - Terryland Castle at Terryland, Galway– (RMP Refs GA082-080001-Castle – unclassified, GA082-080002- House – 17th Century and RPS No. 3503 Teryland Castle) - Menlough Castle at Merlin Park, Galway – (RMP Refs GA082-064--- Castle, GA082-064001 - House and RPS No. 5702 Menlough Castle) - Merlin Castle at Merlin Park, Galway – (RMP Ref GA094-023 and RPS No. 5901 Castle / Towerhouse )
