Tender description

We are relocating the concierge CCTV control from Welton House to Hudson Quay. We are looking to upgrade the equipment and software to ensure Thirteen are resilient and viable for the future. A platform is required to ensure we can bring the existing systems into the control room yet also add new equipment. The project scope is for the provision of services to enable the relocation of the Thirteen Housing Group concierge control room form Welton House to Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough. The system shall also integrate with the CCTV, access control and intercom systems installed at Hudson Quay. These are being provided under a separate contract. The project will require the detailed design of the works, project planning of the delivery, migration and handover of the associated infrastructure and systems. As well as training and an initial 12-month warranty and maintenance period. See full specification within the tender documents.
