Social work services with accommodation

Tender description

Framework agreement for the provision of care homes for adults with learning disabilities including autism. The scope of services to be provided is relative to the provision of social and other specific services as defined in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’) and in accordance with Regulations 74-76. This procurement is designed to admit new entrants/new services as set out in ‘19-18 New Entrants’, found in the attachment area of the ITT. At designated time throughout the duration, new entrants may apply to be included, following completion of the a qualification no more onerous than the original tender and existing providers may apply to include new services following an abbreviated evaluation process. Framework for accommodation, care and support services in care homes for adults with learning disabilities including autism for Scottish Local Authorities and/or any integration authorities, or other bodies established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 with powers to purchase such services. Scotland Excel elects to use the ESPD in this exercise in respect of exclusion grounds and selection criteria for these contracts, as a matter of best practice. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
