Tender description

The Hampshire De-registration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle under the light touch regime open to providers of residential care (excluding residential care for older persons) who are interested in de-registering their home(s) with the care quality commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. The purpose of the HDPR is to facilitate partnership working between the Council and providers in order to ensure the best processes and outcomes for service users, the Council and providers during and after the de-registration process. The HDPR is open to all providers operating in Hampshire who provide residential care services to Hampshire service users. Further details of the background to this procurement and how the bespoke procurement vehicle will operate are available in Document 4 of the procurement documentation available at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire The HDPR is a bespoke procurement vehicle under the light touch regime effectively operating as a hybrid between a traditional framework and dynamic purchasing system. A full description of the HDPR, how it operates, how to apply and how services will be called off is available in Document 4 of the procurement documentation. The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its lifespan (4+2 years). Application is by way of submitting a completed application form. There will be a temporary closure period between 5.9.2016 and 16.9.2016 for the development of the master timeline in conjunction with providers who have submitted applications prior to the closure period. During this time new applications will not be evaluated. The order of call-offs will be determined with reference to the master timeline. The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care (excluding older persons residential care) operating in Hampshire and providing services to Hampshire service users.
