Durham County Council offers for sale part of land at Tudhoe Industrial Estate amounting to 889.44 m² (0.22 acres) or thereabouts. The site currently forms part of the tree belt and is therefore densely wooded with a variety of trees. The site is suitable for industrial use in principle providing that part of the tree belt is retained (out of the property demise) and that the unadopted public right of way is unaffected by the development.
