Short Breaks Market Engagement Notice

Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is in the process of tendering its Short Breaks and other support services for disabled children and young people and their families, with a view to new services going live in October 2020. The Short Breaks service offers targeted support for disabled children and young people whose needs cannot be met in mainstream settings and who need more specialist help due to their disability. The services help to ensure that disabled children and young people have an opportunity to succeed and to reach their potential, while providing respite for families and carers. We want to use this opportunity to inform providers of the upcoming tendering process and our approach to this and share our vision on how we would like to see services provided in the future.
