Tender description

Rochdale Borough Council hosts the Coroner's Service on behalf of Rochdale, Bury and Oldham local authorities. The current service operates out of the Phoenix Centre in Heywood Rochdale. However, the accommodation is unsuitable and not currently fit for purpose. It is planned therefore to move the service to vacant floors at Newgate House Rochdale OL16 1XA owned by Tetrosyl Limited.
