RFI - Messaging Solution Software

Tender description

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish what solutions are currently available in the market, In advance of developing a strategy on how to procure a messaging solution primarily to cater for Transfer of Care correspondence. The aim of the market engagement is to look at the available options to replace legacy software unable to support NHS Englands standards. In advance of any Procurement or mini-competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, the Trust intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present solutions to the Trust. All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal. The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project. Please note: This exercise is not part of any pre-qualification, selection process or bid evaluation. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential providers to supply information on their solution. This therefore does not represent a commitment from Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust to award a contract or an invite to tender to any provider that expresses an interest in this market engagement exercise.
