A single stream of dry recyclables co-mingled in sacks (with the mix excluding glass) collected by Basildon Borough Council and Castle Point Borough Council. Material is collected weekly from households (52 collections per annum) in Basildon and fortnightly (26 collections per annum) in Castle Point.
