Tender description

United Utilities is currently undertaking market research/pre-market engagement and would be interested in hearing from suppliers who are able to provide recruitment services. United Utilities UU is inviting interested parties to respond to this periodic indicative notice for the provision of recruitment services. The provider will be required to work in close partnership with the company and provide both temporary and permanent recruitment. On average, there are around 300-400 temporary staff across the company at any one time. The provider will need to source staff for a range of specialist roles including site operations, engineering, contact Centre and IT covering any of UU’s operational areas: — Cumbria, — Lancashire, — Merseyside, — Greater Manchester, — Cheshire, — Derbyshire (Eastern Fringes), — North Wales (Border), — North Shropshire. We would also like to understand the e-recruitment systems providers are able offer to manage both temporary and permanent recruitment.
