Tender description
The Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Viability Assessment. The study will help the Council determine the viability of CIL and aid the formulation of a preliminary Draft Charging Schedule for residential development in the Borough (The Council is not currently considering charging CIL on any other forms of development). Full details can be found in the attached invitation to quote documents. The deadline for return of completed quotations is 12pm on 24 September 2019.
