Provision of Update, Maintenance and Development/ Re-development of Websites, Apps and Associated Services

Tender description

The NTA requires a digital or website supplier to manage, maintain, enhance and further develop/ redevelop a number of national public transport based websites, including, but not limited to: • www.transportforireland.ie • www.leapcard.ie (functional eCommerce site which includes account management) • about.leapcard.ie (non-functional information site) • www.nationaltransport.ie • www.busconnects.ie • www.locallink.ie • www.activetravellogger.ie • www.smartertravelworkplaces.ie (incorporating www.smartertravelcampus.ie) • www.cyclemanual.ie Over the years the number of platforms these site have been developed on, differ. As such the Authority is seeking a supplier to provide a new content management system(s) to maintain all of the sites. This will improve the Authority’s ability to manage and efficiently update and disseminate content. It is envisaged by having one provider and system(s) will reduce the complexity of managing, maintaining and supporting system(s).
