Provision of New Accommodation for the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust

Tender description

Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (“the Trust”) has issued this Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) in order to raise awareness of an upcoming opportunity in relation to a possible future public procurement to award a contract for the construction of new accommodation for the Trust or the provision of an accommodation solution. The Trust requires new accommodation to replace its current facility at The Tavistock Centre, Belsize Lane, NW3 which occupies c7000 sq.m (“the Belsize Site”). The Trust is the freeholder of the Belsize Site. The current accommodation at the Belsize Site comprises of administrative offices (Trust HQ and departmental offices), clinical space (therapy rooms) and education accommodation (lecture theatre, seminar rooms, classrooms and library) and ancillary accommodation; main reception, waiting areas, café and support service areas.
