Dublin City Council is seeking tenders for the provision of event management, co-ordination, programming and production services for three low impact outdoor family friendly events to be held on College Green, Dame Street, on Sunday 21st July 2019, Sunday 28th July 2019 and Sunday 4th August 2019. The duration of each event will be 12 noon to 4 p.m, with the event space available for set-up and take down from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This event will, at a minimum, feature music, entertainment and temporary outdoor furniture, and will be free and non-ticketed, with an estimated attendance of less than 5,000. The successful tenderer will be required to animate the space by providing family friendly entertainment, in a creative, fun, relaxed and safe environment.
