Tender description
Durham County Council offers for sale the Bishop Auckland former Daycare Pathways buildings with a Net Internal Area of 592.81m²/6380 sqft and a Gross Internal Area of 622.46m²/6699 sqft. on a site area of 0.33 hectares (0.81 acres) approx. The main building comprises a single storey structure built around 1970. The building is of brick rendered construction with pitched and flat felt roofing systems, the windows are timber framed and single glazed. There is a second timber demountable building which is understood has severe structural issues and is perhaps beyond economic repair. Externally there is a tarmac car park and landscaped areas with a variety of semimature trees some of which are proposed for tree preservation orders.
