Tender description

The Department for International Trade maintains a National Contact Point (NCP) as part of its commitment to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) on Responsible Business Conduct. The NCP provides mediation services as part of its complaints handling procedure. Mediation must be conducted by an independent third party outside of the UK NCP with specialist knowledge of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. CEDR will supply these services on behalf of the Department.
