Mobile working solution for Property Inspectors - Pre-Market Engagement

Leicester City Council is interested in exploring the market for a mobile working solution for Property Inspectors in the Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates department. The solution shall provide a case management system for all outstanding property inspections and integrate with Civica OpenRevenues system to enable seamless working across the property inspection case management and the day to day management of all Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rate accounts. The case management system shall be available for desktop office-based working and be available for hosting on mobile devices for users to access when mobile working off-site. Solutions suggested by vendors may or may not include the provision of mobile working devices. The Council is interested in understanding the market, and hearing from vendors who can supply all or some of the components we require. As a principle the council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible.
