Market Testing for Infrastructure Support for Bromley's Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector (VCSE)

Tender description

The London Borough of Bromley (the Council) is undertaking a market testing exercise to ensure the infrastructure services for the Borough’s voluntary and community organisations produces the desired outcomes of building the sector’s capacity and sustainability and demonstrating social value. The Council intends to go through the full process for commissioning infrastructure support for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, ultimately establishing a contract with the successful bidder that will begin on 1 October 2020. The attached memorandum of information provides background and information regarding the in-scope services and the Council’s soft market testing process and timeframes. It accompanies a questionnaire which interested parties are kindly asked to complete via the London Tenders portal no later than 12:00 (noon) on Monday 4th November 2019. This soft market testing activity does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing exercise. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
