Tender description

The Scottish Government requires the provision of payment services for Landlord Registration fees. This will include acceptance and processing of payments from a range of card providers (credit cards, debit cards and other types of card payments/transactions) typically for landlords and their agents. Landlord Registration fees generated belong to the relevant Scottish Local Authority. Historically, the Scottish Government acted as a central collection point and had the responsibility to re-distribute payments made for each local authority (32 separate payees). This requirement is looking to introduce a more advanced payment processing service by working with a supplier who is able to forward landlord registration payments directly to the relevant local authority and forward a portion of each fee directly to the Scottish Government.
