Tender description

East Sussex County Council is procuring on behalf of itself, Brighton and Hove City Council and Surrey County Council (the Orbis Partners), insurance cover for property, commercial and industrial property, liability and fidelity guarantee, motor fleet and group personal accident and travel. The tender is for a single supplier per lot and the successful supplier will enter into a separate contract with each of the 3 partners. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years, cover commencing on 1.4.2020. The Councils are seeking a 5 year long term agreement with the option to extend for a further 2 years, for the provision of property/material damage insurance (excluding broker services), following the open procurement procedure. Cover commencing on 1.4.2020. The tender is for a single supplier to provide cover for all of the 3 Orbis Partners. Cover commencing on 1.4.2020. The tender is for a single supplier to provide cover for all of the 3 Orbis Partners. The successful supplier will enter into a separate contract with each of the 3 partners. The Councils are seeking a 5 year long term agreement with the option to extend for a further 2 years, for the provision of motor fleet insurance (excluding broker services) following the open procurement procedure.
