Household Removals and Storage Services

Tender description

To support the movement of its tenants between properties, the Council requires an effective household removals service; • The collection, transportation, delivery and off-loading of residents’ furniture, household appliances and personal belongings etc; • The supply of suitable packing cases, packing materials and consumables to support these moves; • Assistance with residents’ packing where required; • The short-term storage of furniture, household appliances and personal belongings in safe and secure premises with environmentally controlled conditions. This is a three year contract with a possible one year extension.
