Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) is carrying out a provider engagement event in relation to Children's Services Overnight Short Breaks. The Council will consider the feedback received to help inform the Council’s options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the provider event shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the provider event shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the provider event will be at each organisation’s own cost. No expense in responding to this provider event will be reimbursed by the Council. Children's Service are holding a provider engagement event on 6.11.2019 at 13.30-15.30, at Hertfordshire Development Center, Robertson House, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG1 2FQ. At this event, you will hear Children's Services plans for the re-commissioning of overnight short breaks and the proposed timescales for this procurement.
