Tender description

The provision of a flexible support service for adults with mental health needs that will help them maintain their independence and move away from the reliance on hospital or residential care. The key objectives of the service will be to provide effective, timely and flexible support that meets the needs of service users to enable them to continue living in their own homes. The London Borough of Bromley invited tenders that promoted a high quality, responsive and cost effective service for people resident in the borough who have mental health needs. The service is governed by the principles that the service will be effective, timely and flexible to meet the needs of each service user and enable them to remain living in their own home and move away from the reliance of hospital and residential care. The Council currently commissions 400 hours of support per week. The tender opportunity was run electronically through the London Tenders Portal.
