Tender description
The tender is seeking bids from organisation that can provide a high quality, responsive and cost effective service for the residents of Bromley. The aim of the service is to facilitate a speedy return home from hospital by providing a domiciliary package of care for up to six weeks to enable a full assessment of need to take place in the service user’s home environment. The service will need to be provided seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year. The London Borough of Bromley ('The Council') is inviting tenders for the provision of discharge to assess domiciliary care services for residents of Bromley. All applications must be made through the London tenders portal only and no to the contact details contained in this notice.
