Stockport Homes is in the process of purchasing 3 properties to provide accommodation for this project. The Sale of all 3 properties is currently being processed and it is expected that the initial 3-bed property will be available from September 2019 onwards, with the second 3-bed property ready in December. The 7-unit property is expected to follow in the Summer 2020. However, in the interim, we would be looking for the provider to support the equivalent number of care leavers in accommodation within the community. Once a support provider is identified, it is hoped that there will be an opportunity for the provider to be involved in decisions about the set up and decoration of the new properties once they are purchased.
