Essex County Council (ECC) are currently considering options for the delivery of Housing Related Support (HRS) for young people aged 16+ in the following cohorts: — 16/17 years old at risk of homelessness, — care leavers aged 18+, — other young people 18+ at risk of homelessness and assessed as having specific vulnerabilities, — young parents aged 18-21 with additional support needs.
