Tender description

The Scottish Parliament Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a contractor to provide both digital and printed products. The list of requirements includes (but not limited to) 2 and 3d animations, gifs, infographics, charts, graphic packages, Bespoke templates for various software programmes e.g. powerpoint, annual reports. Printed material includes leaflets, flyers, PoS, banners. Materials produced and distributed through a design and digital production contract allows members and parliamentary offices to engage with their stakeholders from constituents to enquirers and businesses. These resources are also available for visitors to the Scottish Parliament building within the Main Hall and exhibition areas. The procurement is to provide members with high quality support and resources to allow them to excel in their roles as parliamentarians and representatives. Resource material produced through this contract by public facing offices like Public Information and Resources, both in digital and printed formats, is also provided to members for use in their local and constituency offices, as well as in public and academic libraries and community centres.
