Tender description

Emergency and General Response Electrical Maintenance to Cork City Council social housing stock which includes properties such as bungalows, semi-detached houses, town houses, single storey and two storey units, apartment blocks, traveller welfare units, associated communal areas and other Council facilities in the Cork City Council Administrative Area. Works to include but not limited to general electrical repairs & maintenance, smoke, heat & carbon alarm installations, re-wiring works to existing occupied dwellings.
