Loughborough University has a requirement to procure an integrated atomic force (AFM) and confocal fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (CFLIM) for the characterisation of a wide range of materials. Provision of an atomic force microscope (AFM) capable of integrating with a confocal fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (CFLIM). Provision of a confocal fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (CFLIM) with the capability of integrating with an atomic force microscope (AFM).
