Sefton Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from established businesses, new set ups, community groups, CIC’s or other suitably experienced organisations to Lease from the Council’s buildings in its’ public Parks. The premises are either available for immediate use by an occupier or are deemed to offer an opportunity for development for a new purpose if enhanced or adapted.
