Provision of nutrition supply services including feeds, pumps, consumables and a home delivery service for the following NHS organisations: — Guy’s and St.Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, — Kings Interventional Facilities Management LLP (on behalf of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust), — Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (which hosts the Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Home Enteral Nutrition Team, LSL (HEN), — South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM), — Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, — NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group, — NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, — NHS Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group, — NHS Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group, — NHS Greenwich Clinical Commissioning Group.
