Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market with the view to appoint contractors to ensure the tennis Court Rolling Program is fulfilled as follows Lot 1: Re-paint, colour binding and Moss treatment of macadam park tennis courts, as per LTA/SAPCA specification for recreational parks tennis courts for all year-round use, meeting slip resistance and weather proofing standards. Lot 2a: Re-surface and fencing tennis courts as per LTA / SAPCA specification for recreational parks tennis courts for all year-round use, meeting slip resistance and weather proofing standards. Lot 2b .Supply and install rigid panel weld mesh fencing or better specification fencing that meets mandatory requirements. In addition, you will be required to submit a quotation for chain link fencing for each site as an alternative solution. Please ensure that the height of the fencing is as currently provided. Hardware and installation must meet SAPCA guidelines or equivalent professional standard.
