Tender description

UX/UI and general design services to support the delivery of the HealthEIR project are required. The HealthEIR project aims to create an innovative health promotion model that meets patients’ needs while being simple and patient-driven. The project aims to develop a new digital tool and service delivery blueprint to allow patients to engage in structured, evidence-based health promotion activities while in waiting rooms during visits to their GP/Pharmacist. In order to develop and implement this model, the following are required: design discovery workshops, user research and analysis, concept exploration and ideation, interface design (Patient UI, Health Provider UI, Administrator UI), test prototype development, software development, printed materials, user testing, and ongoing technical support/consultation for the period of the project.
