Tender description

The Education sector in Ireland has an ongoing requirement for managed Computer Lab Virtualisation Solutions services across the country. The purpose of this framework agreement is to allow HEAnet and its member institutions purchase managed pooled VDI services or application virtualisation services, including support and value-added services (hereafter referred to as the Required Services) in support of operations. Cloud/Managed hosted solutions are sought. Tenderers may also provide information in relation to customer-hosted solutions. Self-hosted solutions will not form a part of the evaluation process for admittance to the framework. It is intended to set up a multi-supplier, multiple lot framework.
