North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for, and on behalf of, NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group to conduct market engagement to obtain input and feedback as part of the development of a potential service model for the provision of a Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service. North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is utilising an electronic tendering tool (In-Tend) to manage this process. It is free to register on In-Tend, which can be accessed at any time of day providing you have a working internet connection. Following review of the RFI responses, should the commissioner feel that further clarity or information is required then this will be requested via the eTendering portal.
