Tender description

Clare Local Development Company under the LEADER programme seeks submissions for the implementation of a one year programme which will deliver on Clare LDS objective 6, Action 1, the development of area based plans for up to 8 geographic communities, varying in size, level of development and need in Co. Clare. Using a combination of community led development methods including participatory learning and action, group interaction techniques, data collection, consultation, community profiling and needs assessment, three (3) year inclusive area based community development plans will be drafted and presented. Plans should be as representative of the entire community as possible and therefore creativity in approach and demonstration of engagement with more vulnerable members of the community is expected.
