Tender description
The WDC recently engaged a consultant to complete a Gap Analysis of its current policies and procedures for compliance with the principles outlined in the Code of Practice. The results of the review indicated that there was further scope to refine and achieve full compliance with the Code by developing its own Code of Governance, giving detailed guidance and procedures on areas it particularly requires Board members to focus on for the proper Governance of the WDC.
