Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure the supply and delivery of various quantities of water treatment chemicals to ESB generating stations. The actual quantities will depend on the running regime of the stations which is determined by market conditions. Therefore actual requirements cannot be predicted. ESB will conduct a mini-tender among those qualified applicants on the framework assuming that all other terms and conditions are complied with. The chemicals are to be CLP/REACH compliant. Expressions of Interest are requested from companieswho can supply some or all for the required chemicals. The following chemicals are those requiredat this timebut ESB reserves the right to add orsubtract from this list as the businessneed arises.
