The contracting entity intends to procure the supply and delivery of various quantities of water treatment chemicals to ESB generating stations. The actual quantities will depend on the running regime of the stations which is determined by market conditions. Therefore actual requirements cannot be predicted. ESB will conduct a mini-tender among those qualified applicants on the framework assuming that all other terms and conditions are complied with. Expressions of interest are requested from companies who can supply some or all for the required chemicals. The following chemicals are those required at this time but ESB reserves the right to add or subtract from this list as the business need arises.
