Southern Water are seeking to establish a framework panel whom have the expertise to support the companies ambitions: Southern Water are seeking expertise in, but not limited to: — business strategy, — change management, — corporate planning, — financial, — HR — IT — procurement, — regulation, — pensions, — risk management, — tax. Indicative value of each lot per annum: Lot 1: Strategy and change; Lot 2: IT Consultancy; Lot 3: Procurement and supply chain; Lot 4: Finance; Lot 5: Regulation. Full breakdown of the lots and sub-lots are defined in the procurement documentation. Provision of business management consultancy in relation to strategy and change, including: Business strategy which may include: org structure and efficiency, business risk, planning; Change management which may include: process improvement, people, org design, transformation; Customer: data, analytics, customer journey; HR: culture, process, policies, contracts. Provision of business management consultancy in relation to IT, including: Project management, business case development, viability studies, risk management, op modelling, data strategy. Provision of business management consultancy in relation to procurement and supply chain, including: Expert advice, strategy, process improvement, project management, sourcing and category management (direct and indirect), data analytics, contract and supplier relationship, P2P Provision of business management consultancy in relation to finance, including: Deals: mergers and acquisitions, restruturing, corporate finance Finance: financial management, cash management, strategies, processes, investments, fund management, risk management Pensions: financial management, cash management, strategies, processes, investments, fund management, risk management Tax: tax consultancy Provision of business management consultancy in relation to regulation, including: Financial risk, cost modelling, planning, regulatory economics, independant technical assurance.
