Aberdeenshire Council is engaging with the market prior to undertaking formal procurement for the provision of a Wide Area Network. We are looking for a CAS-T approved supplier who can provide, as a minimum, the current bandwidth levels as specified in Appendix A — Aberdeenshire Council WAN Circuits. The Council has no preference as to the technologies to be proposed, the only limiting factor is the likely annual budget available for the supply of this service which currently stands in the region of 1 000 000 GBP per annum revenue cost. We are open to discussions about both the term of the contract and the potential capitalisation of deployment and development costs.
