Tender description

Discovering topics and trends in the UK Government Web Archive Project Objectives A research collaboration to explore: 1) Can textual topic modelling approaches be used to generate document-level metadata, which provide useful linguistic clusters for resource discovery within UKGWA? 2) Is topic modelling a feasible tool for tracking the emergence and evolution of topics across time? For example, from an announcement of a salt-reduction strategy, health departments then launch a healthy living campaign. 3) How can the approaches and the results be presented to users in a meaningful way, to help them understand their use and their limitations?
