Tri-Borough Tender for the Provision of Engineering Inspection Services

Tender description

Westminster City Council acting in association with The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) invites tenders for the provision of Engineering Inspection Services for itself and RBKC and LBHF. The services will be undertaken at buildings owned or managed by the respective Boroughs. The tender is divided into three lots, one for each borough. Bidders may bid for a single lot or any combination of lots. Where a Bidder bids for 2 or more lots they will need to demonstrate they have the capacity to manage all lots awarded to them. The successful Bidder/s will enter into separate contracts with the participating authorities. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for up to 24 months, making a total possible length of 5 years. The Inspections Services are due to commence on 1 April 2020.
