Bury Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider for: The Provision of a Window Cleaning Service to Educational, Council Establishments and Arm’s Length Management Organisations. SCOPE Bury Council is seeking to appoint a suitable organisation(s) to provide quality window cleaning to the following types of establishments:- Primary Schools Secondary Schools, Colleges & Special Schools Children’s, Families, & Training Centre’s Administrative & Civic Suite Establishments Markets & Leisure Establishments Adult Day Care Establishments, Elderly Persons Homes & Sheltered Housing Schemes Libraries The tender documents contain details of those establishments who have provisionally indicated their intention to be included in the contract. When tenders have been received and evaluated, establishments will be asked to confirm their inclusion in the Contract, and the successful tenderer(s) will then be provided with details of those establishments committing to the contract including the frequency of cleans. No guarantee can be given as to numbers of establishments participating in the contract and this number may increase or decrease. Additional establishments may be added during the period of the contract. THEREFORE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY VALUES OR VOLUMES PLEASE NOTE: The tender is split into a number of separate schedules, grouped by type of establishment. The Council therefore reserves the right to award the contract to a single provider, or divide the contract into lots, dependent on best overall value to the Council.
