Technical inspection services

Tender description

Westminster City Council acting in association with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham invites tenders for the provision of engineering inspection services for buildings owned or managed by the three authorities. The tender is divided into 3 lots, one for each authority. Bidders may bid for a single lot or any combination of lots. Where a bidder bids for 2 or more lots they will need to demonstrate they have the capacity to manage all lots awarded to them. The successful bidder/s will enter into separate contracts with the participating authorities. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to 24 months, making a total possible contract length of 5 years. The inspections services are due to commence on 1.4.2020. The provision of engineering inspection services for buildings and assets owned or manged by Westminster City Council.
