Supply of Over-labelled Medicinal Products

Tender description

Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender the Over-labelled Medicinal Products requirement as part of their Pharmaceutical Products and Associated Services requirement for the Ministry of Defence in 2019, with a view to awarding one or more Contracts that will commence during 2020 for a period of up to 4 years. The requirement consists of products that fall within the scope of Pharmaceutical Products and Associated Services with a defined set of labelling requirements, which must be compliant with relevant legislation. The appropriate licences must be held for this activity. The companies that are involved in all stages of the manufacture and distribution of the product need to have the relevant licence for the activity in question (Manufacturer's and/or Wholesale Dealer's Licences 'WDA').
